About the role
As a Shipping Coordinator at Tarkett Ronneby, you will represent the business towards our sales companies and customers globally. Ronneby is the central warehouse for the Nordic market and a global supplier of the products produced locally. The role is varied, responsible, and takes place in a dynamic environment where quick decisions and good collaboration skills are crucial.
You will be responsible for driving and coordinating deliveries with high quality and service. Our customers are our sales companies, and you will be a key person in ensuring that the right products reach the right market at the right time.
You will work with all types of transport - sea freight, road transport, and air freight - and manage the entire flow from booking to delivery and follow-up.
Your main responsibilities
* Daily contact with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders
* Proactive and solution-focused problem-solving to meet customer needs
* Preparation of shipping-related documents
* Export clearance and customs handling
* Booking and coordination of sea, road, and air transport
* Ongoing support and information provision to our sales companies

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant education and experience in similar tasks within internal and transport logistics. Customs competence and experience in claims handling are advantageous.
